General Sir is a major character from Gadget and the Gadgetinis. He is Inspector Gadget and Colonel Nozzaire's superior and the head of the World Organization of Mega Powers (W.O.M.P. for short).
He favors Gadget over Nozzaire because Gadget is kinder and has awesome gadgets. He has a daughter named, Jeanette, who Gadget dated once. Sometimes though, he does let Nozzaire go on missions, only because he is a man they can afford to lose.
