Donald James "Don" Yarmy (April 13, 1923 – September 25, 2005) was an American actor, director, game show panelist for Match Game, voice artist, and comedian. He voiced Gadget in the original Inspector Gadget cartoon and Brain in the 1999 live-action film.

Adams' inspiration for the character of Gadget was Maxwell Smart, his starring role from Get Smart.

He retired from the role of Inspector Gadget in 1999 and was replaced by Maurice LaMarche, who played a live performance of Inspector Gadget in a cameo in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show, another DiC property.
